1998 - Present
Since 1998, I've been busy writing books, vending
at dance festivals throughout the western United States. I've
had the opportunity to perform at such popular events as Rakkasah,
Desert Dance Festival, Festival Fantasia, High Desert Hip Fest
and others.
Ottoman Days
Between 1995 and 1999, I had the wonderful opportunity
to perform with the Ottoman Traders. I was attending graduate
school at Univeristy of California, Sacramento and looked forward
to performing summers and weekends around California.
Late 80's - Early 90's
When I was attending college in San Deigo, I
had the wonderful opportunity to study dance with many excellent
teachers. My mentor, Cyrena, encouraged me to continue my dance
studies, take as many workshops as possible and to dance when
ever I could. During this time, I performed
around San Diego in a variety of resturants, student shows, renaissance
festivals.
